Some items are made-to-order and may take up to 3 weeks to be produced before dispatch. Other items are ready-to-ship and will be dispatched sooner.

All timelines are estimates and may vary.

We reserve the right to discontinue products at any time.


6. PRICING & PAYMENT

All prices are shown in GBP or as displayed at checkout and include VAT where applicable.

We use secure third-party payment providers. We do not store full payment details.

If payment is not authorised, your order will be cancelled.


7. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Delivery times are estimates only.

  • Ready-to-ship items dispatch within a few business days

  • Made-to-order items may take up to 3 weeks before dispatch

Delivery times begin once your order has been dispatched.

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Customs processing

  • Courier delays

  • Incorrect delivery information

  • Events outside our control

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery details.


8. CANCELLATIONS & CHANGES

You may request changes or cancellation of your order by contacting us as soon as possible.

We cannot guarantee changes once production has begun, particularly for made-to-order items.

If a cancellation is accepted, you will receive a refund.


9. RETURNS & REFUNDS

We operate a considered production model.

Eligible returns:

  • Faulty or damaged items

  • Incorrect items received

Non-returnable items:

  • Made-to-order products (unless faulty)

  • Sale items (if applicable)

We do not offer refunds for change of mind on made-to-order pieces.

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

Delivery Issues

We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

If a parcel is returned due to failed delivery, additional shipping fees may apply.


Risk

Risk passes to the customer upon delivery.

We create small-batch and made-to-order garments. Because of this, our return policy is selective and considered.


Eligible Returns

We accept returns or refunds only in the case of:

Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom or specially produced items

  • Sale items (if applicable)

We do not accept returns for change of mind on made-to-order items.


Refunds

Condition of Returns

Items must be:

  • Unworn

  • Unwashed

  • In original condition

Exchanges
